When using an accelerated payment method on our mobile app or website, please be sure to check that you are providing the correct shipping information.
When using an accelerated payment method, our system will take all of your order information(name, shipping and billing address, etc.) from the information provided by the method used rather than that entered into the fields at checkout.
For example, if you have your shipping address field filled within your Apple Pay digital wallet, and choose to use Apple Pay at checkout, we will pull the shipping address provided by your digital wallet regardless of that provided at checkout.
This holds true with PayPal, ShopPay and other checkout options.
All pricing is perindividual unit, whether that be a single soda, bag of chips, or other snack.Any exclusions will be addressed in item descriptions.

All of our products are sourced from all around the world.
Because of this many costs are implied per unit such as but not limited to shipping, customs import fees, and other various forms of overhead.
We maintain some of, if not the lowest prices compared to our competitors, and general market value when considering exotic beverages and snacks.
However, we understand that some are snacking on a budget, and we are constantly innovating to bring prices down, whether that means changes in the supply chain, or daily operation, we are doing our best daily to bring customers the best prices on exotic and regional sodas and snacks.

Exotic Pop & Exotic Snax works very closely with a range of vendors all around the world. We are constantly working together to develop ways to get products to customers cheaper, faster, and with more efficiency.
Orders & Shipping
We prefer you contact our team via our contact form or email: email@example.com, but you can reach our customer service hotline at: 713-425-3767. Our hours operation are Monday through Friday, 10AM-6PM CST.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of order finalization pending any delays. Please keep in mind Exotic Pop is closed Saturday & Sunday and packages will not be processed or shipped these days. If there are any problems pre-shipment Exotic Pop will attempt to contact the customer.

For damaged items please refer to the return and refund policy for additional information on how to make a claim with your postal carrier.
Please Note: As the weather heats up every season, it becomes more difficult to guarantee chocolate and other melt-able goods will arrive in good condition. If temperatures in your location, or throughout transit are above 73 Fahrenheit, goods may arrive slightly damaged. At temperatures above 82 Fahrenheit, the products are susceptible to melting in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping. Please refer to our full return policy for more info regarding returns and damaged.

Unfortunately we are not accepting returns, and can only refund damaged items.
Yes we do, we want our Exotic Pop & Snax to reach all over the world. Whether its Canada, Australia or even Germany, we want all of our customers to be able to try out Exotic Pop!
Tracking information will be sent directly to the email address you provide at checkout, as well as your phone number provided when applicable.
